<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1062 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending section 18.220 of the city code of the <br />City of Roseville regarding variance to the setback requirements <br />established in the Shoreland Management Ordinance. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />the City code of the City of Roseville section 18.220 is <br />amended by adding the following new subparagraph C. to Paragraph <br />2 thereof: <br /> <br />C. Before the City Council may consider such variance, the <br />applicant shall secure and present written statements <br />from owners of property contiguous to the affected yard <br />for which the variance is requested, specifically <br />noting no obj ection and consenting to such variance. <br />The City Council shall determine without an abstract or <br />certificate, the names of such property owners. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />24th day of July , 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />
