<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1064 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.320 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ALLOWING OUTDOOR DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE AND <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A USE BY SPECIAL PERMIT IN RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.320 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding a new subparagraph 19 to read as follows: <br /> <br />(19) Outdoor areas where merchandise, machinery, or <br />equipment may be displayed or stored. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 24th <br />day of July, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~a~ <br />
