<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1066 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.090 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ALLOWING OUTDOOR DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE AND <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A USE BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN SHOPPING CENTER <br />DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />section 9.090 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.090 <br /> <br />certain Businesses in Shoppinq Center Districts to <br />be Enclosed. <br /> <br />All business, storage, service, repair, or <br />processing, box and crate storage, or merchandise <br />display shall be conducted wholly within an <br />enclosed building or behind a solid fence not less <br />than five feet high except as allowed in section <br />8.190. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />24th day of July , 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
