<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1Q67 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE CITY CODE <br />REGARDING PENALTIES FOR MISDEMEANORS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby or- <br /> <br />dain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 1.040 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1.040. Violations and Penalty. Any person vio- <br />lating any provision of the City Code of Roseville <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br />thereof, shall punished by a fine not to exceed seven <br />hundred ($700) dollars, or by imprisonment not to <br />exceed ninety (90) days, or both. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 18.270(4) of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />18.270(4). Enforcement. Any person, firm or <br />corporation who shall violate any of the provisions <br />hereof, or who shall fail to comply with any of the <br />provisions hereof, or who shall make any false state- <br />ment in any document required to be submitted under <br />the provisions hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemean- <br />or and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by <br />a fine not to exceed $700, or by imprisonment not to <br />exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Each day that a <br />violation continues shall constitute a separate of- <br />fense. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 90.080 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />90.080. Penalties. Any person who shall violate <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance, including <br />the statutes and regulations incorporated by Section <br />
