<br />ORDINANCE NO. 130 <br /> <br />69 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LtWD AND INDECENT EXPOSURE AND PROVIDING PENALTY THEP~FOR. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />'No person shall within the Village of Roseville wilfully and lewdly expose his <br />person. or the private parts thereof. in any public place or in any place where others <br />are present or shall procure another to so expose himself. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a misdemeanor punishable by fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisomnent not to exoeed <br />90 days. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its adoption. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 15th day of August. 1950. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />
