<br />74 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 134 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OF lAND 'N1THOUT FULLY DISClDSING TO THE PlIRCHASER <br />TEE STATUS OF ACCESS AND ACCESS ROADS. <br /> <br />~he Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, fim or corporation to sell any land within <br />the Village without fully disclosing to the purchaser the means of access thereto <br />and where access roads exist, without truly disclosing to the purohaser whether <br />said roads are privately or publicly maintained. <br /> <br />SEe TI ON II <br /> <br />Any person guilty of violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exoeed $100 or by tmprison- <br />ment not to exceed 90 days. <br /> <br />SECTION III <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br /> <br />Passed by the Counoi1 this 17th day of October, 1950. <br /> <br />Approved : <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />(Sea 1) <br /> <br />!~~ <br />V! ,'" I r; i <br /> <br />!
