HEALTHFUL, SAFE AND SANITARY ENVIRONHENT FOR ':'HE OCCUPANTS OF BUILDING~ USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION OR OTHERWISE; TO PROHIBIT THE UNLAWFUL USE OR\ OCCUPANCY 01<' ALL BUILDINGS, VfALLS, OR STRUCTURES AND PROYIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF". The Village Council of Roseville oroains: SF-CTION I That Ordinance No. 100 entitled "An Ordinance Providing for all Mat- ters Concerning, Regulating or Affecting the Construction, Alteration, Regulation, Repair and Inspection of All Buildings, Walks, Structures Erected or to be Erected in the Village of Roseville for the Protection of Property Against Fire, and for the Purpose of S~curing Healthful, Safe Rnd S<mitar~r Environment for the OCCUPRnts of Buildings Used for Human Habitation or Otherwise; to Prohibit the Unlawful Use or Occupancy of All BuildingF, Walls, or structures and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof" as amended, be further amonded by striking therefrom Section 4-41 and inserting in lieu thereof the follow~g: "Section 4-41. The size of studding used for any partition or wall shall not be less than 2":d~1l placed in such a manner that the four (4) inch dimonsion forms the thickness of the wall except when placed adj acent to a chimney where the studding may be placed so that the two (2) inch thickness forms the thickness of the wall, and such studding shall not be spaced more than sixteen (16) inches on centers." ~ SECTION II This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
