<br />ORDINANCE NO. 158 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 155 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING <br />PLUMBING, REQUmING A PERMIT FOR PLUMBING WORK, ESTABLISHING MINIMUM PLUMB- <br />ING STANDARDS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF." <br /> <br />123 <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. lSS entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Plumbing, Re- <br />quiring a Permit for Plumbing Work, Establishing Minimum Plumbing Standards, and <br />Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof" be amended by adding the follow- <br />ing paragraph at the end of Section 4 thereof. <br /> <br />"Any person, firm, or corporation who shall commence, work of any kind <br />for which a permit is required under the provisions of this ordinance without <br />having first received the necessary permit therefor shall, when subsequently secur- <br />ing such permit, be required to pay double the fees provided by this ordinance <br />for such permit, and shall be subject to all the penal provisions of this ordinance." <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br /> <br />Passed b.y the Council this 14th day of July, 1953. <br /> <br />George S.
