EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of January, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8735 RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WHEREAS, The City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because storm sewer improvements have been provided in the area, the necessity for the easement has been eliminated; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage easement over the property des- cribed as follows: LOT 4, BLOCK 5, ED BOSSARD'S ROSE ACRES NO. 2 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
