<br />161 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 169 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AM&NDING ORDINANCE NO. 142 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THE INSPECTION OF THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE IN <br />BUILDING OF ELECTRIC WIRING, ELECTRIC DEVICES AND ELECTRIC MATERIAL, <br />CREATING THE OFFICE OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR <br />THE VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 142 entitled "An Ordinance Regulating and Providing <br />for the Inspection of the Installation and Maintenance in Building of <br />Electric Wiring, Electric Devices and Electric Material, Creating the <br />Office of Electrical Inspector, and Fixing the Penalty for the Violation <br />Thereof" is hereb,y amended by adding thereto after Section 5 thereof the <br />following sectiQn: <br /> <br />Section 5.A. Whenever a temporary electric service connection <br />is required an application therefor shall be made to the Village <br />Clerk and a permit therefor shall be issued upon the payment of <br />a permit fee of $3.00, provided however, that such temporary <br />electric service connection shall not be used until it has been <br />inspected and approved by the electrical inspector. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this 6th day Qf October 1953. <br /> <br />George S.
