<br />162 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 170 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 149 entitled "AN ORDINAl{CE FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COMMERCE, PROPERTY <br />AND GENERAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFICATION, REGULATION AND <br />RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND I~mU5TRIES AND OF BUILDINGS <br />USED FOR HUJAAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFIED PURPOSES, REGULATING AND <br />DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREAS, ESTABLISHING THE BREAKDOWN <br />OF DISTRICTS FOR SAIn PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOlATION <br />THEREOF," Afj AMENDED. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br />That Ordinance No. 149 entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of <br />Promoting the Public Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, Property and <br />General Welfare by Providing for the Classification, Regulation and <br />Retriction of the Erection of Trades and Industries and of Buildings <br />used for Human Habitation and for Specified Purposes~ Regulating and <br />Determining the Minimum Size of Yard Areas, istablishing the Breakdown <br />of Districts for said Purposes, and Providing Penalties for Violation <br />Thereof", as amended, is hereby further amended by striking from Section <br />6 thereof in subsec~ion 9 thereof the following: <br /> <br />"Tourists' automobile camps" <br /> <br />and by striking ~rom said Section 6 subsection 10 thereof the following: <br /> <br />"10. Trailer camps by special permit and <br />conformance to existing regulations." <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />Sa:i:d Ordinance No. 149 is hereby further amended by inserting at <br />the end of Section 1 thereof the following: <br /> <br />"15. Tourists' automobile camps". <br /> <br />"16. Trailer camps in conformance <br />to existing regulations." <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 6th day of October 1953. <br /> <br />George 5.
