<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF HEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Xinneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 13 day of January, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and V. Johns¡on and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RBSOL1JßOB 8736 <br /> <br />RBSOL1JßOB OB DESIGllAftOB OF BAlK SIGIIMDUBS <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, <br /> <br />that the following persons be designated official signatories for <br />the City of Roseville for 1992. <br /> <br />Vernon Johnson, Mayor <br /> <br />Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager <br /> <br />Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Cushman and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, <br /> <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
