<br />17 ~1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #179 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #16) ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE <br />INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR SERVICE TO GAS BURNERS, GAS BURNER EQUIPMENT AND TO <br />PORTABLE AND DOI~STIC INCINERATORS INSTALLED IN CONNECTION WITH GAS SPACE <br />HEATING DEVICES AND VENTED INTO THE SAME CHIMNEY FLUE; ESTABLISHING THE <br />POSITION OF GAS INSPECTOR: AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF". <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Ordinance #16) entitled: "An Ordinance Relating to the Installation, <br />Repair or Service to G2S Burners, Gas Burner ECJ11ipment and to Portable and <br />Domestic Incinerators Installed in Connection with Gas Space Heating Devices <br />and Vented into the same Chimney Flue; Establishing the Position of Gas Inspector; <br />and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof" is hereby amended by adding the <br />following at the end of Section 1-) thereof: <br /> <br />"Any person, firm or corporation who shall commence work <br />of any kind for which a permit is required under the provisions <br />of this ordinance without having first received the necessary <br />permit, be required to pay double the fees provided by this <br />ordinance for such permit, and shall be subject to all of the penal <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />The permit herein required shall expire when the installation <br />alteration or repair for which a 'permit has been applied has <br />been completed, or two weeks after ordered by proper authority <br />to correct any work to comply with the provisions of this <br />ordinance and failure of the permitee to comply with said <br />order.
