<br />OHDINANCE #181 <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 155 entitled "An Ordinance <br />Regulating Plu:rnbing, Requiring a Per1llit fbr Plumbing Hark, EstaRlishment Hininmm <br />Plmnbing Standards, and Providing a .renalty for the Violating lhereof, II' As Amended. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains, <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 155 entitled "An Ordinance Hegulating Plwnb~g, <br />Requiring a Permit for Plwnbing Work, Establishing a mimimwn Plwnbing Standards <br />and Providing a Penal ty for the Violation Thereof as amended., is hereby further <br />amended by adding to Section 6 thereof the following: <br /> <br />"\vnenever, it is necessary that more than one reinspection be made by <br />reason of the fact that the installation does not coraply with the provisions <br />of the ordinances of the Village of Roseville, the p8rmittee shall Day to the <br />Village Clerk, as such reinspection fee, for each additional reinspection, the <br />same fee as hJrein provided for the original permit,' and the Inspector shall not <br />make such reinspection until said fee has been paid." <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this 2nd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Fe bruary, 1954. <br /> <br />,Attest: <br /> <br />Floyd Olson <br /> <br />}~e O~ <br /> <br /> <br />Hammersten <br />Clerk <br />
