That, Ordinance No.-177 entitled "An ordinance <br />amending Ordinance No. 150 entitled 'An ordinance licensing <br />and regulating dogs, providing for impounding dogs and prescrib- <br />ing a penalty for violation'" is hereby amended by striking <br />therefrom subsection" (b) of Sec. 1 and inserting in lieu <br />thereof the following: <br /> <br />1954. <br /> <br />"b" 'at large' means off the premiaes of the <br />owner and not under the control of the O1{Der, at <br />member of his immediate family or a person desig- <br />nated by the owner by leash or otherwise.1f <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this 23rd day of March. <br /> <br />/~~ () ~~ <br /> <br />Floyd C.
