26~ No. 7 No. 8 Heating (except gas) Gas installation including heating, $2,500.00 appliances etc. $10,000.00 $2,000.00 $2,000.00 $10,000.00 No. 9 No. 10 No. 11 No. 12 Well drilling, Rooting Sign and bill board erecting Excavators (for ~asements, foundations, grading of lots, etc.) $1,000.00 8-11 Any person, firm or corporation when applying for a permit to move a building, (the fee for such permit exceeding $4.50) may be required by the governing body of the municipality to furnishsaid municipality with a surety bond, the amount of which may be established by said governing body prior to the issuance of such permit. This bond shall guarantee that any damage of any kind to the public property, riiht of way, streets or utilities shall be promptly and completely repaired or - replaced in a manner saiisfactory to the municipality at the expense of said applicant. 8-12 Each applicant for a permit to move a building over any street or public right of way must satisfy the building inspector that he is provided with sufficient and adequate insurance to protect the municipality and the public from any and a II damages wh ich may result, either directly or indirectly, from the moving of said building. 8-13 Any person, firm or corporation holding a Master Gas Installers license shall file with the Clerk of the municipality policies of public liability and property damage which shall remain and be in force and effect during the entire term of said license and which whall contain a provision that they shall not be cancelled without ten days I written notice to the muni- cipality. Public liabilit;r insurance shall not be. less than twenty-five thousand dollus ($2jtJOO.OO) for injuries, including accidental death to anyone person and SUbject to the same limit for each person, in an amount of not less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) on account of any one accident, and property damage insurance in the amount of not less than twenty-five thousand dUlars ($25,000.00). No work shall be done under license until said insurance policies shall have been filetl and approved by the Clerk of the municipality. 8-14 All licenses heretofor tesued and now in force and effect shall continue for one year from the date of issuance. These licenses may, upon expira- tion, be renewed in accordance with the provisions of 8~ of this code. , SECTION NINE PENALTY 9-1 Any person, firm or corporation w ho shall commence work of any 1jind for which a permit is required under the provisions of this b:ililding code without having first received the necessary permit therefor shall,.when subsequeBtly securing such permit, be required to pay double the fee provided by this building code for such permit. 9-2 Whenever it becomes necessary for any inspector to re-ins;Pect any work It -58-
