EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of January , 1992 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following members were absent: None. Member Cushman adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8738 A RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said drainage and utility easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that in accordance with an approved PUD plan the said easements are not needed, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage easement; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage and utility easement over the property described as follows: All the Drainage and Utility Easements across the West 225 feet of Lo.t 2 Block 1 Werner Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota except the following easements: The North 20 feet of Lot 2; The West 20 feet of the North 207 feet of Lot 2; The South 25 feet of. Lot 2; The West 15 feet of the South 105 feet of Lot 2; All that part of the sanitary Sewer Easement (Doc. No. 1440671) shown lying with Lot 2, Block 1, Werner Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Said easement is more particularly described as the north 180 feet of the east 20 feet of the west 190 feet of said Lot 2. All of the utility easement shown at the southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Werner Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota, said easement being that part of said Lot 2 lying southeasterly of a line described as beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot 2 distant 70 feet west from the southeast corner thereof; thence northeasterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 2 distant 40 feet north from the southeast corner thereof and said line there terminating.
