<br />:28 ~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 195 <br /> <br />All ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-16 OF ORDINANCE NO. 190 ENTITLED <br /> <br />AND KNOWN AS "BUILDING CODE. It <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />The Village ~ouncil of ~oseville ordains as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Section 3-16 of Ordinance No. 190 entitled and known as <br /> <br />"Building ~ode," is hereby amended ,. read as follows I <br /> <br />No installation or connection of any electric light fixtures, <br /> <br />motors, heating devices, or any apparatus requiring the use of electric <br /> <br />current, nor any alteration or addition in the wiring of any existing <br /> <br />building shall be made, nor. shall any building be wired for the <br /> <br />placing of aQy electric lights, motors, heating devices or any <br /> <br />apparatus requirng the use of an electrical current, nor shall arry <br /> <br />installation or connections of any electric fuxtures, motors, heating <br /> <br />devices or any apparatus, nor any alterations in the wiring be made of <br /> <br />any building after inspection, without first securing a permit thereof <br /> <br />except minor repair work such as repairing flush and sn?~ switches, <br /> <br />replacing fuses, changing lamp sockets and receptacles, taping bare <br /> <br />joints and repairing drop cords.
