<br />ORDINANCE NO. 198 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-96D of ORDINANCE NO. 190 ENTITLED <br />AND DESIGNATED AS "BUILDING CODE" <br /> <br />The Village Council of tioseville ordains: <br /> <br />"--/ <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Section 6~96D of Ordinance 190 entitled and designated <br />"Building gode" is hereby amended by adding at the end of <br />Section 6-96D the following: <br /> <br />"Provided, however, that banjo signs mw approach the <br />property line near any street if the same is placed <br />12 feet in height when containing less than 30 square <br />feet.
