PURPOSE AND .JURISDICTION :/ Pursuaat to the applicable statutor, authority of tbe V111ace Council to regulate, control and maintain Village streets as provided in Minnesota Statutes Annotated, Cbapters 412, 429, aDd 471, the following specifications including the eKbiblt or exblbits bereto are establtshed . The specifications set fortb beretn sball apply to all streets hereafter constructed within the Village of Roseville and are consldered as additional safeguards made necessary througb the rapid ,rowth and expansion ln this Vl11age. SECTION 2. DEPINITIONS ... For the purpose of this ordinance, certain words and terms are hereby defined as follows: (A) Collector Street ~s a street which c~ries traffic fram -'nor streets of residence development and the .rincipal circulating streets within such a development, (8) Minor Street is a street other than a thoroughfare or collector street which affords local access to abutting properties. (") (0) Cul.-de-sac 18 a short minor street having one open end and being permaaently terminated at the other by a vehicular turn- around.
