<br />~362 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 221 <br /> <br />AN ORDINAnCE ESTABLISHING A POLICE CIVIL SERVICE <br />CONMISSION IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILE, ADOPTING <br />THE FROVISIONS OF CHtlPTER 419, H.S.A., AND <br />REPEALING ORDINM'JCE NO. 186,AIDPTED BARCH 23, <br />1954, AS A~lliNDED. <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE OHDAINS: <br /> <br />1. That there is established in the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />a police Civil Service Commission, the duties of which shall be <br /> <br />those as provided in Chapter 419, N.S.A. <br /> <br />2. That the Village of Roseville accepts and adopts all <br /> <br />of the provisions of Chapter 419, M.S.A. <br /> <br />3.
