<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the thirteenth day of January, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8740 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on August <br />13, 1990, T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North st. Paul, Minnesota, <br />has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with 1990 <br />Contract B. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, the <br />work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and V.
