Y <br /> <br />ANi:INANCE AMENDING ORDmANCE NO. 190, ADOP'l'm.m.Y 20, <br />19 , AS AMENDED, .AND KNOWN .AS ROSEVILLE Bum ING CODE, <br />BY DING THERETO A SECTION TO BE KNCl1tJN AS 6-1~ (a) <br />BELATING TO SEPTIC TANKS, SEWER LINE AND SP&::IAL PERMIT <br /> <br />,r <br /> <br />'l'lle Village COUJlcil of Reseville does ordain: <br />Section I. <br /> <br />"That OrcUn8llCll No. 190, Adopted July 20, 1950, as amended, and <br />known u Roseville Building Cede, by Adding Thereto a Section to be <br />known as 6-1c6 la) Relating to Septic Tanks, Sewer Line and Special <br />Permit" be amended by adding thereto the follwing Section to be known <br />as <br />"6-lc6 (a): All septic tanks shall be placed in the front or to <br />the side .f the building and sewer lines trom the building must come <br />directly to the front or side of the building.
