3'\1 ORDINANCE NO. 1'3 \ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 190 ENTITLED AND DESIGNATED AS "BUILDIJ<<} CODE" AS AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION 3-14. r\ The Village Council of Rosevil1e, M1nnesota,does ordain: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 190, entitled "Building Code" as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 3-14 to read as follows: "3-14 The applicant for a permit to move a building to a new location within this municipality shall file an application giving the legal description of the land upon which the building is to be moved, the location from which the building is to be moved, nature of the building to be moved, together with a certified property search of property owners within 250 feet of the new location, which application shall be referred to the Village Council for consideration. The Village Council shall set the time and place for a hearing and the clerk shall give notice of the hearing by posting same at the City Hall .J tJ days before the time of hearing. The Council may require the giving of further notice by mailing a copy thereof to the last known address of the owners within 250 feet of the premises to which the building is proposed to be moved. At the hearing the applicant and anyone appearing in opposition thereto shall be heard. v The inspector shall also give a report to the Council. After heaing the matter the Council may grant or reject the issuance of a permit. SECTION II. .... This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
