nJ Ordinance No. 234 Adopted August 6, 1957 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 219 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 232 BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING CONNECTIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEIfER SYS~l; PRESCRIBING CERTAIN MATERIALS AND METHODS TO BE USED FOR SAID CONNECTIONS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SANE. The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 219 as amended by Ordinance No. 232 being an ordinance regulating cOllrlections to the municipal sanitary sewer system; prescribing certain materials and methods to be used for said connections and prescribing penalty for the violation of same, Section 2A and Section 2B as amended by Ordinance No. 232 and Section 3D be amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. PERMITS "A. Any person desiring a connection to the municipal sanitary sewer system for property not previously connected with the system, shall apply to the Village for a permit therefor. The application shall be sub- mitted on blanks furnished by the Village Engineer and shall be accompanied by plans, specifications and such other information as is desired by the Village Engineer, together with a permit and inspection fee of $10.00, provided, however, that a separate permit may be issued for that portion of the sewer oonnection extending from the property line to the main sewer or other outlet for which permit the fee shall be $2.50 and a separate permit may also be issued for that portion of the sewer extending from the house or building to the property line for which the permit fee shall be $7.50. All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection shall be borne by the owner, and the owner shall indemnify the Village for any loss or damage that may, directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the sewer connection, including restoring streets and street surfaces."
