" <br /> <br />Whereas, a petition has been filed to rezone the following property <br />from Class "A" residence to 'IBusiness District": <br /> <br />Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Krause's Plat, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br /> <br />Whereas, the Village Council has called and held a hearing upon <br /> <br />said petition to rezone, the Village Council of r~seville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 149, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance for the <br /> <br />Purpose of Promoting the Public Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, Propert~T <br /> <br />and General l:elfare by Providing for the Classification, Regulation and <br /> <br />Restriction of the Erection of Trades and Industries and of Buildings <br /> <br />Used for Human Habitation and for ~pecified Purposes, Regulating and <br /> <br />D3termining the Minimum Size of Yard Areas, Establishing the Breakdown <br /> <br />of Districts for said purposes, and Providing Penalties for Violation <br /> <br />thereof," as amended, be further amended by amending the zoning map so <br /> <br />that said property above described is classified and zoned as "Business <br /> <br />District" under the restrictions of the follmoTing Se ctions II and III <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br />SECT IJN II. <br /> <br />That said zoning ordinance and zoning map be further amended so that <br /> <br />said property for Business District uses shall be limited so as to have no <br /> <br />entrance or right of ingress or egress from the east and south line thereof, <br />
