<br />Adopted: 1/7/58 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 239 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE <br />MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 169, <br />RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATION. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Ros8ville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />The regulatory provisions and definitions of Minnesota Statutes 1953, <br /> <br />Chapter 169, as amended by Minnesota Laws 1955 and Minnesota Laws 1957, are <br /> <br />hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets <br /> <br />and alleys within the Village of Roseville and are hereby incorporated in and <br /> <br />made a part of this ordinance as completely as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />Violation of any of said incorporated Statutes within the corporate <br /> <br />limits of the Village of Roseville is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisionment <br />for not more than ninety (90) days or a fine of not more than One Hundred ($100.00) <br /> <br />Dollars. <br /> <br />Section III. <br /> <br />The effect of this ordinance shall be a severable adoption of each and <br /> <br />every separate regulatory and definitive paragraph and subdivision of said chapter <br /> <br />and the inval idi ty of any paragraph or subdivision shall not invalidate any other <br /> <br />portion thereof. <br /> <br />Sec tion IV. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 125 entitled: "An ordinance regulating and controlling <br /> <br />traffic, riding, driving and travel on the streets of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />and providing punishment for the violation thereof", is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 7th <br /> <br />day of January, 1958. <br /> <br />'''~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />
