<br />AN ORDINANCE AOOPTING BY REFERENCE DEFINITIONS
<br />AND REGULATORY PROVISIONS OF MINNESOTA STATUTES
<br />CHAPTER 340.731 RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUORS
<br />AND LIQUOR CONTROL.
<br />
<br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain:
<br />
<br />Section 1.
<br />
<br />Chapter 340 of Minnesota Statutes 1953, as amended by Minnesota Laws
<br />
<br />1955 and Minnesota Laws 1957, are he~eby adopted as the Intoxicating Liquor
<br />
<br />Ordinance of the Village of Roseville and all portions thereof are hereby
<br />
<br />incorporated in and made a part of this Ordinance as completely as if set
<br />
<br />out here in full excepting the following Sections thereof: 340.013, 340.02
<br />subd. 8, subd. 9, subd. 11, subd. 12, 340.024, 340.025, 340.04, 340.05, 340.06,
<br />340.08, 340.09, 340.10, 340.111, 340.112, 340.113, 340.12, 340.13, 340.141,
<br />340.142, 340.143, 340.15, 340.16, 340.17, 340.18, 340.19, 340.20, 340.21,
<br />340.22, 340.23, 340.24, 340.245, 340.25, 340.26, 340.27, 340.28, 340.29,
<br />340.30, 340.31, 340.32, 340.323, 340.33, 340.34, 340.35, 340.353, 340.354,

<br />Section II.
<br />
<br />Every policeman shall summarily arrest any person found committing
<br />
<br />any act forbidden by this Ordinance, and make complaint against him.
<br />
<br />The Mayor of this municipality shall make complaint of any known violation
<br />
<br />of the provisions of this Ordinance.
