<br />ORDINANCE NO. 241 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 235 RELATIVE TO PUBLISHING OF RULES OF <br />MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does obdain: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />Section 2 of said Ordinance is hereby deleted and repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />Section 2 of said Ordinance shall read as follows: <br /> <br />"That such Rules of said Municipal Court and every amenchnent thereto <br />shall be published at least once within thirty (30) days next after <br />the prescription and promulgation of the same by said Municipal Court, <br />in the public legal newspaper designated by the Council of the Village <br />of Rosevi11e for the publication of legal advertisements, ordinances <br />or resolutions of the Council of said Village to be published in a <br />public or legal newspaper." <br /> <br />SECTION III <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect from and after it's passage, January 7, 1958 <br />and publication. <br /> <br />,};;, < <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />""'.
