<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2h2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14.3, entitled <br />an ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE BUSINESS <br />OF SELLING AT REl'AIL CIffiISTMAS TREES IN THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 14.3, an Ordinance Licensing and Regulating <br />the Business of Selling at Retail Christmas Trees in the Village of <br />Roseville and Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof, be amended <br />by amending Section V. thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section V.
