<br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ft <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 190, ENTITLED AND <br />DESIGNATED AS "BUILDING CODE" AS AMENDED, BE FURTHER <br />AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION EIGHT, 8-2, and SeCTION <br />EIGHT 8-10. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Rosev1lle, Minnesota, does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 190, entitled and designated as "Building Code," <br />as amended, is hereby further amended by &mending Section Eight 8-2 to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"8-2 All licenses shall be obtained from the Clerk of the <br />municipality. App+ication for licenses shall be tiled with <br />the clerk on the forms furnished by the municipality. The <br />fee for each license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) <br />annually. It <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />That Section Eight 8-10 be amentled to read as follows: <br /> <br />"8-10 No license granted under the terms stated herein shall become <br />effective until the licenses shall have filed with the Clerk of the municipality, <br />a surety bond in the penal sum as listed below, operating in favor of the <br />municipality and conditioned that the municipality will be saved harIiless from <br />any loss or damage by reason of iBproper or inadequate work performed by the <br />holder of said license under the provisions of his code.
