<br />ORDmANCE NO. c:{ f f <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 190, ENTITLED AND <br />DESIGNATED AS "BUILDING CODE" AS AMENDED, BE FURTHER <br />AMENDED BY AMENDn~G SECTION EIGHT, 8-13. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 190, entitled and designated as ttBuilding <br />Code," as amended, is hereby further amended b,y amending Section <br />Eight, 8-13 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"8-13. Any person, firm or corporation holding a license under <br />8-10 hereof, shall file with the Clerk of the municipality policies of <br />public liability and property damage which shall remain and be in force <br />and effect during the entire term of said license and which shall contain <br />a provision that they shall not be cancelled without ten days' written <br />notice to the municipality. Public liability insurance shall not be less <br />than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for injuries, including <br />accidental death to anyone person and, subject to the same limit for <br />each persont in an amount of not less than fifty thousand dollars <br />($50,000.00) on account of anyone accident, and property damage insurance <br />in the amount of not less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). No <br />work shall be done under license until said insurance policies shall have <br />been filed and approved by the Clerk of the municipality." <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council of Roseville this 27th day of <br />May, 1958. <br /> <br />~"-~,, ~~7:r-) I C ,- (; <br /> <br />lL) I '. .., \ .i/.A.
