<br />ORDINANCE NO._ 249 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 217, AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL STREETS HEREAFTER <br />CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE; PROVIDnm <br />FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />MANNER IN WHICH SAID STREETS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED, BY <br />AMENDnm SECTION 4. (BX4); SECTICN 4. (B)(5), and SECTIUN 4. <br />(B)(5)(a), and REPEALING SECTION 4.(B)(3). <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 217, an Ordinance Establishing Specifications <br />for all Streets hereafter Constructed within the Village of Roseville, <br />Providing for the Use of Certain Materials and Providing for the Manner <br />in which said Streets shall be Constructed be amended as follows: <br />Section 4.(B)(4) be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 4.(B)(J)." <br /> <br />SECTI(!N II. <br /> <br />Section 4.(B)(5) be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Seotion 4.(B)(4)." <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />Section 4.(B)(5)(a) be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"(4)"~a) Bituminous material for the mixture shall be Bl." <br /> <br />SECTION Dl. <br />Section 4.(B)(J) be and is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION V. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village <br /> <br />Council this 10th day of June, 1~58. <br /> <br /> <br />'iq f' <br />, _-----'''-'', i <br />-/C' <br />C: i'/~ll/1(A_Q <br />Mayor <br /> <br />( <br />/ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
