<br />/:~ <br />OFt INANCE NO. .X,7/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEl\'!InNG ORIINANCE NO. 149, AS AME1"DED, ENTITLED <br />"AN OPJ.lINANCE FOR THE PtlP-POSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, <br />SAFETY, OBlER, Cmfr1ERCE, PROPERTY AND GE:NERAL WELFARE BY <br />PROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFICATION, REGULATION ANt TRALES AND <br />UIDUSTRJES AND OF BUIWINGS USED FOR HUHAN HABITATION AND FOR <br />SPECIFIED FURPOSES, REGULATING AND LETERMINING THE MINI1IITJM SIZE <br />010' YARI AREAS, ESTABLISHING THE BREAY.DOWNS CF DISTRICTS FOR <br />SAID Pt1RHSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon request of the property o~ners, the Village Council of <br />Roseville, upon its o~n motion, directed procedure under said ordinance to <br />rezone from Residence District "A" to Residence District "C", the follo~ing <br />property: <br /> <br />The South 225 feet of the East 750 feet of that <br />part of the NEt of the swi of Section 10, To~nship <br />29 North, Range 23 West, lying North of the north <br />right-of-way line of State Trunk Hlgh~ay #36, except <br />the East 33 feet thereof taken for North Hamline Avenue, <br />all in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville has called and held a hearing <br />upon said moti6n to rezone, the Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 149, as amsnded, entitled, "An Ordinance for the <br />Purpose of Promoting the fublic Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, Property and <br />General Welfare by Providing for the Classification, Regulation and Restriction <br />of the Erection of Trades and Industries and of Buildings used for Human Habi- <br />tation and for Specified Purposes, Regulating and Determining the Minimum Size <br />of yard areas, EstablisM.ng the Brea.kdoW'"n of Districts for Said Purposes, and <br />Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof," be further amended by rezoning said <br />property described to Residence District "C", and further amending zoning map <br />so that said property above described is classified and zoned as Residence <br />District "C". <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Thi.s Ora inance sha.ll take effect from and after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Village Council of Ro..ville ~~io~~ of July, (958.
