<br />ORD !NANCE NO. ?s ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO.162, <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF MOTORBOATS <br />IN THE PUBLIC WATERS IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEV'ILLE <br /> <br />The Village Council of Rosevil1e ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 162, entitled An Ordinance Relating to the <br />Operation or Motorboats in the Public Waters in the Village or Roseville, <br />is hereby amended by imending Section 5 thereof as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 5. For the purpose of regulating the operation of motor- <br />boats on the public waters within the Village the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes Annotated (M.S.A.), Sections 361.41 to 361.50, inclusive, are <br />adopted and b.r this reference made a part of this ordinance as completely <br />as if set forth in full herein. <br />~ <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council of Roseville this ~da;r of <br />August, 1958. <br /> <br />2f~~~ <br />U~ Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~--tiMJ <br />Clerk <br />
