<br />ORDINANCE NO. c25'9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDmG ORDINANCE NO. 2lS RELATING TO <br />MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM BY ADDING THERETO A <br />SECTION PRESCRIBING THE RATES AND CHARGES FOR SEWER <br />DISPOSAL SERVICES, PROVIDING TIME lOR PAYMENT OF SUCH <br />CHARGES,AND PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENT FOR SEWER <br />DISPOSAL SERVICE,AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION <br />THEREOF BY ACTION OR CERTIFYING SAME TO THE COUNTY <br />AUDITOR FOR LEVYING THE SAME AS A PART OF THE TAXES <br />ON SAID PREMISES, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 222 <br /> <br />The Village Council or Roseville, Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 2lS,adopted. the 4th day' or September, 1956, <br /> <br />relating to Sanitary Sewer System, be amended by addi.l1g a section thereto, <br /> <br />to be know as SECTION 8 RATES AND CHARGES to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 8.
