ORDINANCE NO. .c:g r;; C' AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11368 OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, APPROVED NOVEMBER +9, 1958, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10,725 OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, APPROVED JANUARY 20, 1956, BEINGltAN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID Vll.LAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL AND THEREAFl'ER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE SAME AS AN OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SEWER SYSTD1 OF SAID VILLAGE FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERNS AND CONDITIONS" WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, has heretofore by Ordinance No. 10725 approved January 20, 1956, granted permission to the Village of Roseville to connect its sewer system to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, upon and subject to the provisions, terms and ordinanc. therein set forth, said Ordinance No. 10725 being by reference thereto and incorporated and made a part of Ordinance No. 21l of the Village of Rosevi11., with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Ordinance No. 10725 were set forth ver batum in said Ordinance No. 211, and acoepted and approved by the Village of' Boseville on the 21st day or February 1956, and, 'WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota has he:betot'ore by Ordinance No. 11368 approved November 19, 1958, amended said Ordinance No. 10725, relating to the connection of sewer system of Roseville to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, upon and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions therein set forth in said Ordinance No. 11368 and granting therein to the Village or Roseville the right to connect beyond its corporate limits in the Village of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to wit:
