I), , '\' ~/\# '.# \ ORDINANCE NO. c::?, c;:/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 149, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COMMERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING FOR CLA.SSIFICATION, REGULATION AND RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AND OF BUILDINGS USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES REGULATING AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREA ESTABLISHING THE BREAKDOWN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF. WHEREAS, a petition has been duly filed to rezone the following property from "Farm Residence District" to "Business District" to wit: North 150 ft. of the East 300 ft. of the North 8 acres of the NEt of the sEt of the sWj of Section 10, Tow 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has recommended that said petition to rezone be granted, and, 'WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville has duly called and held a hearing upon ::aaid petitio. to rezone said premises describecl from "Farm Residence" to WBusiness District", The Village Council of Roseville ordains: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 149, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, order, commerce, property and general welfare by providing for classification, regulation and restriction of the erection .r trades and industries and of buildings used for human habitation and for specific purposes regulating aDd determining the minimum size of yard area establishing the breakdown of distriots for said purposes and providing for penalty for violations thereof," be further amended by rezoning said property described to "Business District", and further amending the zoning map so that said property above described is classified and zoned as "Business District" under the restriction of the following Sections II and III hereof. SECTION IT. That said zoning ordinance and map be further amended so that said property for "Business District" be limited in its uses so as to limit the business uses to only a retail business of garden supplies and equipment.
