<br />ORD INANCE NO. c:1 t~ cj <br /> <br />AN OPJHNANCE REGULATING <br />THE OPSTRUCTION OF TRAFF'IC <br /> <br />The Village of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Obstruction of Traffic on Public :Streets Prohibited. NO]lll rsoo <br />shall in any manner or at any time obstruct the traffic on any public street <br />or road except that any railroad company may obstruct or close for traffic <br />any such public street or road by a standing car, train, or engine, or other <br />railroad equipment for not longer than ten minutes at any one time. <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />Violation.
