'7') V" ~ <br /> <br />AN ORD INANCE RELATING TO <br />CONGREGATING ON SIDEWALKS <br /> <br />The Village of Roseville does orda.n: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Restriction. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to <br />stand or congregate upon the sidewalks or crosswaks o~ the Village or <br />Roseville in such a marmer as to unnecessarily interfere wita the tree <br />passage of pedestrians along the same. It shall be the duty of the police <br />officers of said village to notify all persons unnecessarily obstructing <br />said sidewalks or crosswalks, as hereinbefore set forth, to pass along and <br />cease obstructing the same, and if said person or J;S rSODS shall continue <br />to obstruct said walk, said officers shall cause said persons to be arrested <br />and brought before the MUnicipal Court for ptmishmant for a breach of this <br />Ord inance. <br /> <br />Se ction n. <br /> <br />Violation.
