<br />ORD INANCE No~it <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING POSSESSION <br />OF WEAPONS BY MINORS <br /> <br />The Village of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Possession of Weapons by Minors. It shall be unlawful for any person <br />".mder the age of seventeen j'ears to carry or wear about his person, any gun, <br />rifle, flobert, pistol, dirk, dagger, sword, sling shot, cross-knuckles or <br />knuckles of lead, brass or other metals, bowie-knife, dirk knife, razor or any <br />sort or description of firearm or any other dangerous or deadly weapon <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />Forfei ture. Any such weapon or weapons duly adjudged by the Municipal <br />Court of the Village of Roseville to have been worn or carried by any person <br />in violation of the first section of this ordinance shall be forfeited to and <br />confiscated by the Village of Roseville, and shall be so adjudged. <br /> <br />Section III. <br /> <br />Violation.
