<br />ORD INANCE NO. o?? 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING <br />POSSESSION OR SALE OF <br />FIREARMS TO MINORS <br /> <br />The Village of Roseville doe S ord ain : <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Possession of Weapons by VJinors. No minor under the age of eighteen <br />years shall, within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville, handle <br />or have in his possossion or under his control, except when accompanied by <br />or under the immediate charge of his parent or g~dian, any firearm of eny <br />kind whatsoever, or ammunition of any kind for use therein, or any sling- <br />shot, sling, air-gl.Ul, spring-gun, or the like; nor shall any such minor, <br />w:i!hin the corporate limits of said Village, fire or discharge any such fire- <br />arm, sling, slingshot, air-gun, spring-gun or the like, whether accompanied <br />by his parent or guard ian, or otherwise. <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />Sale to Minors. No person, firm, or corporation shall, within <br />the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville, give, sell, or other- <br />wise furnish any firearms or air-guns of any kind, or any ammunition of any <br />kind for use therein, to any minor under age of eighteen years, without the <br />written consent of the parent or guardian of the said minor. Said permission <br />sh&1l be preserved by the person furnishing such arms or ammunition, and shall <br />be open to inspection at all reasonable times by all members of the Police <br />Department, the Sheriff or his deputies, or the Judges of any court of r'3cord <br />in the State. <br /> <br />Section III. <br /> <br />Violation.
