<br />(r~/\.d/" ..:2 0 J' <br /> <br />Section VI. <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 1953 as amended by Minnesota Laws 1955 <br />and 1957, 621.26, subdivision (1) thereof, relating to unlawful and <br /> <br />willful destruction of the property of another, is hereby incorporated <br /> <br />by reference in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section VII. <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 1953 as amended by Minnesota Laws 1955 <br /> <br />and 1957, 622.03 relating to obtaining money by fraudulent draft <br /> <br />is hereby incorporated by reference in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section VIII. <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 1953 as amended by Minnesota Laws 1955 <br /> <br />and 1957, 622.07 relating to petty larceny is hereby incorporated by <br /> <br />reference in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />Violation of any provisions of this Ordinance constitutes a <br />misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not exceeding One Hundred ($100.00) <br />Dollars or confinement for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />Section X. <br /> <br />The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared severable <br /> <br />and any determination invalidating any Section thereof shall not affect <br /> <br />the valid i ty of any other pertiO.... ~" ,Ie? <br />;!1; " X,<.uf.J1A.
