<br />ORDINANCE NO. .:11/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE k\1ENDING ORDHrANCE NO. 259, :3EING AN <br />ORDINANCE k"lErIDING CRDINANCE NO. 218, RELATING TO <br />MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEH PRESCRIBING THE RATES <br />.AND CHARGES FOR SEWER DISPOSJ..1 SERVICES, PROVIDING TIME <br />FOR PAYMENT OF SUCH CHARGES AND PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENT <br />FOR SEWER DISPOSAL SERVICE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION <br />THEREOF BY ACTION OR CERTIFYING SANE TO THE COTTh'TY AUDITOR <br />FOR LEVYING THE SAME AS A PART OF THE TAXES ON SAID PREHISES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 259, being an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. <br />218, Relating to Sanitary Sewer System, by Adding a Section Thereto to be <br />Known as Section 8 RATES 1~~ CHARGES, be further amended by amending <br />Section 8 RATES AND Ca~GES (B) to read as follows: <br /> <br />"(B) Statements for tu"t,~l sewer charges including City of St. Paul <br />sewer charges, for the preceding quarterly period shall be mailed to each <br />customer on or before the 5th days of January, April, July, and October <br />of each year. Such statements shall be due and payable to the Village <br />Treasury on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the <br />quarterly period covered by such statement.
