<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: January 27, 1992 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said city on <br />Monday, the 27th day of January, 1992, at 7:30 P.M., for the <br />purpose, in part, of considering bids for, and awarding the sale <br />of, $20,035,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Refunding Bonds, <br />Series 1992 of the city. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, <br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, V. Johnson; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The Manager presented affidavits showing publication of <br />notice of call for bids on $20,035,000 General Obligation Tax <br />Increment Refunding Bonds, Series 1992 of the city, for which <br />bids were to be opened this same day, in accordance with the <br />resolution adopted by the City Council on December 9, 1991. The <br />affidavits were examined, were found to comply with the <br />provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved <br />and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bids were received, opened and recorded <br />at 12:00 Noon, Central Time, at the City Hall in the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, by its Manager, or designee, on this same <br />day: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rates <br /> <br />True Interest Cost <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO) <br /> <br />26957 <br />
