<br />ORDINANCE NO. ;Z ){~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES, CHAPTER 169, RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATION, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 239. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The regulatory provisions and definitions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1957, Chapter 169, as amended by Minnesota Laws 1959, <br />are hereby adopted as an ordinance regulating the use of highways, <br />streets, alleys, and other portions of the Village of Roseville, <br />and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance <br />as completely as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Violation of any of said incorporated Statutes within the <br />corporate limits of the Village of Roseville is a misdemeanor <br />punishable by imprisonment for Got more than ninety (90) days or <br />a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />The effect of this ordinance shall be a severable adoption <br />of each and every separate regulatory and definitive paragraph and <br />subdivision of said chapter and the invalidity of any paragraph or <br />subdivision shall not invalidate any other portion thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 239 entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting by Reference <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169, relating to Traffic Regu1ation"is <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Co uncil <br /> <br />t'~c?::~l~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />( / <br /> <br />2 {/7r:-< ~.~ <br /> <br />dlerk <br /> <br />/J <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />\.....i ( <~.--.~?-< <br />./'1 <br />l./ <br />
