Marie Railway Company's right-of-way approxi- mately 4020 feet to a point on the west line of the SE~ of the SE~4 of Sec. 28, T30, R23; thence southerly along said west line of said SE~ of SE~ approximately 670 feet to a point on the south line of said Section 28; thence southerly along the west line of the E~ pf the E~ of Sec. 33, T30, R23, to the south line of said Section 33; thence easterly along the south line of said Section 33 and 34, approximately 6563 feet to the point of beginning. upon all the terms and conditions set forth in said Ordinance No. 11532 being by reference thereto hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Ordinance No. 11532 were set fo~th herein ver batum. 'rhe Village Council of Roseville does ordain: SECTION I. That the Village of Roseville does hereby accept and agree to abide by all the provisions, terms and conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 11532 of the City of S.dnt Paul, Ramsey County, Hinnesota, approved August 11, 1959. SECTION II. That upon passage, approval and publication, the Village Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to file with each, the City Clerk and City Comptroller, of the City of Saint Paul, a duly certified copy of this Ordinance. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage, approval and publication. Approved by the Village Council this 6th day of October,1959. l'.
