<br />ORDINANCE NO. c;:ZS,.) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 190, ENTITLED <br />AND DESIGNATED AS "BUILDING CODE" AS AMENDED, BE <br />FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION 4-7. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />Section 4-7 of Ordinance No. 190, entitled and Designated <br />as "Building Code" as Amended, be further amended by Amending <br />Section 4-7, by adding the following paragraph immediately after <br />said Section 4-7, as follows: <br /> <br />"4-7.1. No firm, person, or corporation shall install <br />or replace a pump for a well without first obtaining a permit to <br />do so.
