<br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 6.1-6(b) and 6.2-3 <br />of ORDINANCE NO. 275, the ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS AMENDED. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />That Section 6.1-6(b) of Ordinance No. 275, the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the village of Roseville, as amended, be further <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"6.1-6(b). Not more than three (3) horsepower shall <br />be employed in the operation of anyone machine and <br />not more than twelve (12) horsepower in the operation <br />of all machines for fabricating, processing or repair <br />in any establishment operated primarily for the purpose <br />of manufacturing, fabricating, processing or repairing. <br />Provided, however, this requirement shall not be <br />applicable to establishments used primarily for office, <br />research, design and development purposes, or for any <br />one or more of such purposes." <br /> <br />Section II. <br /> <br />That Section 6.2-3 be amBnde~ by adding a new subsection <br />(c) to read as follows: <br /> <br />"(c) Research, design and development establishments." <br /> <br />Section III.' <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this <br /> <br />/~ <br />/ <br />~ day of January, 1960. <br /> <br />/' <br /> <br />l <br />L C ':-;>-',,'7l. <br /> <br />)/ {//G~.7.-(: <br /> <br />t Clerk <br /> <br />c~~~ <br /> <br />, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
