<br />ORDINANCE NO -!C;1J(} <br />, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 275, <br />AS AMENDED, ENTITLED AND DESIGNATED AS <br />"ZONING ORDINANCE" <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />The following shall be added to SECTION XI, entitled <br />"AMENDMENTS" of Ordinance 2/5: <br /> <br />"No person, firm or corporation shall be entitled to <br />present any petition for the rezoning of land within six (6) <br />months from the receipt of a petition seeking substantially <br />the same rezoning where such original petition has been enacted <br />upon and denied.
